The tutorial is written in PsP XI, but is also good to make in PsP X.
The tutorial can be made in PsP 9, but may cause some problems with the light
preset...So I added an extra screenshot for the settings.

Needed:

* My tubes - my tubes are in the zipfile - put them in a random folder.
* My selection - is in the zipfile - put it in your Selections folder.
* My Lights preset - is in the zipfile - Put in your Presets folder.
* My text file - is in the zipfile - put it in a random folder.
* Font - Alpha Test JL - put it in your Fonts folder.
* Filter Nirvana Raspberry Texture - is in the zipfile - Put it in your Plug-in folder.
* Filter VM Experimental TeeWee - download here and put it in your Plug-in folder.
Mask - is in the zipfile - Put it in your Masks folder.

Now that you have everything you need…Let's get busy....:)

Always keep in mind that if you are using different colors and tubes
that you have to play around with the settings of the
opacity on the layers and the with the blend modes...


1. We will start with picking the colors. Take a dark color as your foreground and a light color as your background .
Here are the colors I chose:

#33233d -
Foreground
#43549b -
Background

2. Make a Foreground/ Background gradient with it and use these settings:

3. Open a new image of 650 x 450 pixels and flood fill with your gradient.
4. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.
5. Layers - New raster layer and flood fill with your light color.
6. Layers - Mask load/ save - Load mask from disk and find the 128 - kris mask
and use these settings:

7. Layers - Merge - Merge group.
8. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.
9. Set the opacity on the layer to and the blend mode to Luminance (legacy).
10. Open the MAS-24CastMisted tube.
11. Edit - Copy.
12. Edit - Paste as new layer and move it to the left and make sure that the sharp edge at the
bottom of the tube is resting on the blocks of the mask. (see screen)

13. Put the opacity to 90 and the blend mode on Dodge.
14. Open the MAS-24Logo tube.
15. Edit - Copy.
16. Edit - Paste as a new layer and put in the circle of your gradient. (zie screen)

17. Opacity on the layer set to 20 and the blend mode set to Dodge.
18. Layer - New raster layer and flood fill with your dark color.
19. Effects - Plug-ins - VM Experimental - TeeWee with the following settings:

20. Opacity set to 25 and the blend mode set to Hard Light.
21. Image - Add borders - 2 pixels symmetric and color is white.
22. Image - Add borders - 25 pixels symmetric and color is your dark color.
23. Image - Add borders - 2 pixels symmetric and color is white.
24. With your magic wand set to the settings below, click in your dark colored border.

25. Effects - Reflection effects - Rotating Mirror with the following settings:

26. Selections - Select nothing.
27. Get your magic wand again with the same settings as before and select the dark sections in the
border like the screen below:

28. Effects - 3D effects - Inner Bevel with the following settings:

29. Selections - Select nothing.
30. Layers - New raster layer.
31. Selections - Selections Load/ Save - Load from disk and find the
MAS-24-sel1 and use these settings:

32. Flood fill the selection with your dark color and use the settings below for your Fill tool:



33. Effects - Plug-ins - Nirvana - Raspberry Texture with the following settings:

34. Opacity set to 30 and the Blend mode set to Multiply.
35. Selections - Select nothing.
36. Now open the MAS-Celebs-KieferSutherlandSmaller tube and go to Edit - Copy.
37. Edit - Paste as a new layer and move it to the left (see screen)

38. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with these settings:

39. Open the MAS-24-JackBauerText and go to Edit - Copy.
40. Edit - Paste as a new layer and move it up. (see screen)

41. Almost there...:)
Activate your Text tool and find the Alpha Test JL font, background color set to white and use the
following settings:

42. Now type your name and put it in place that you like and then convert the layer to raster layer.
43. Effects - 3D effects - Inner Bevel with these settings:

44. Blend mode set to Luminance.
45. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
46. Effects - Illumination Effects - Lights and find the preset MAS-24 and click ok.

Well the tag is finished...Now add your watermark and resize if you want and
then save as a .jpg
