This tutorial is written in PsP XI, but you can also make it in PsP X and 9.

Needed:

* A nice party tube - My tube is in the zipfile and place it in a folder of your choice.
* My selections - Place these in your Selections folder.
* Plug In - AAA Good Vibrations - Place it in your Plug In Folder.
* Plug In - DSB Flux Linear Transmission - Download Here and place it in your Plug In Folder.
* A Texture - Place it in your Textures Folder.
* Font Classic Alt Caps - Place this is your Fonts Folder.
* An ornaments graphic - Place it in a folder of your choice.

* Supplies zip

Always keep in mind that if you are using different colors and tubes
that you have to play around with the settings of the
opacity on the layers and the with the blend modes...

Now that we have everything let's get started....and hopefully you will get in the
Christmas spirit with this tutorial

1. Open a new image of 650 x 450 pixels.
2. Let's pick the colors now, these are the one I choose:

#f2ebe1
Foreground color
#852841
Background color

3. Make a Foreground/ Background gradient and use the following settings:

4. Flood fill your image with it.
5. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur with these settings:

6. Effects - Plug Ins - DSB Flux Linear Transmission with these settings:

7. Repeat step 6 but with Slice Size set to 1.
8. Layers - New Raster layer.
9. Selections - Load selection from disk and find the MAS-ChristmasTime-1 selection and
use these settings:

10. Flood fill the selection with your light foreground color.
11. Selections - Select nothing.
12. Effects - Reflection effects - Kaleidoscope with these settings:

13. Layers - Duplicate.
14. Image - Rotate with these settings:

15. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more.
16. Layers - New raster layer.
17. Selections - Load selection from disk and find the MAS- ChristmasTime-2 selection and
use the same settings as in step 9.
18. Flood fill the selection with your dark color and use these settings for your Flood fill Tool:

19. Keep your selection intact.
20. Adjust - Add/ remove noise with these settings:

21. Set the Blend mode on this layer to Multiply.
22. Layers - New raster layer.
23. Selections - Modify - Contract by 2 pixels.
24. Flood fill the selection with your light color.
25. Selections - Select nothing.
26. Effects - Geometric Effects - Skew with these settings:

27. Effects - Texture effects - Blinds with these settings:

28. Change the opacity of the layer to 50 and set the Blend mode to Soft Light.
29. Layers - New raster layer.
30. Selections - Load selection from disk and find the  MAS-ChristmasTime-1
selection again and again use the same settings as in step 9.
31. Flood fill the selection with your light color and go to Effects - Texture Effects - Texture.
Find the Debb_SmudgeTexture1 with these settings:

32. Selections - Select nothing.
33. Effects - Plug Ins -AAA filter Good Vibrations with these settings:

34. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind with these settings:

35. Repeat the Wind effect but change the Wind direction to the left.
36. Set the Blend Mode of the layer to Soft Light.
37. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
38. Selections - Select all.
39. Now open the Ornaments image or the image of your choice.
40. Layers - New raster layer.
41. Edit - Copy.
42. Edit - Paste in Selection.
43. Selections - Select nothing.
44. Change the opacity of the layer to 30 and the Blend mode to Luminance (legacy).
45. Layers - New raster layer.
46. Selections - Load selection from disk and find the MAS-ChristmasTime-3 selection and
again use the same settings as before.
47. Flood fill the selection with your dark color.
48. Selections - Modify - Contract by 2 pixels.
49. Now Flood fill again but with your light color.
50. Selections - Select nothing.
51. Change the opacity of the layer to 50 and the Blend mode to Multiply.
52. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow with these settings:

53. Now open the MAS-HolidayFeet tube and go to Edit - Copy.
54. Edit - Paste as a new layer and move it to the bottom right. (see screen)

55. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow with the same settings as in step 52.
56. The final steps...Activate your Text tool and make sure your settings are like this:

57. Make your light color your background color.
Now type a festive line on your tag...I am typing Happy Holidays and I am placing it
right above the ankles (see screen).

58. Layers - Convert to raster layer.
59. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow with these settings:

60. Activate your Text tool again and leave the settings almost the same except change the
size to 36 and type your name and put it in a place that you like.
61. Layers - Convert to raster layer.
62. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow with the same settings as in step 59.
63. Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten)
64. Image - Add borders - 1 pixel symmetric - use a dark color. I am using #2b1d2c.
65. Image - Add borders - 1 pixel symmetric - use your light color #f2ebe1.
66. Image - Add borders - 1 pixel symmetric - use a dark color. I am using #2b1d2c.
 

Well the tag is finished...Now add your watermark and resize if you want and
then save as a .jpg
