This tutorial is written in PsP XI.

Needed:

* My tubes -  Put these in a folder of your choice.
* Mijn selecties - Put these in your PsP XI Selections folder.
* Masker - ©Blaze_MistedBlinds - Put this in your PsP XI Masks folder.

Filters:

*Video Rave filter - Place this Plug in map. Click on the .exe file and extract it to your Plug in folder.
* Sandflower Specials Pool shadow - Import into your Filters Unlimited.
* Photo Aging kit -Film Grain - Import into your Filters Unlimited.

ATTENTION: if you are using different tubes and colors you have to keep
in mind to play a little with the different blend modes and the layer opacity.

Now that you have everything that you need we can finally start with the tutorial…

Open all the tubes and make copies using Shift + D and then close the originals.
Choose your colors from your tubes.

1. We will start with picking our colors. Pick a light foreground color and a dark background color.
These are the colors I choose:

	Foreground color: #607d93
	Background color: #121c27

2. Set your foreground to foreground/ background gradient and use these settings:

3. Open a new image of 650 x 450 pixels and flood fill with your gradient.
4. Layers - New raster layer.
5. Selections - Load/ Save Selection - Load selection from disk and find the MAS-CR-1 selection
and use these settings:

6. Flood fill the selection with your light foreground color and leave the selection intact.
7. Effects - Plug Ins - Video rave Circular Noise with the following settings:

8. Effects - Plug Ins - Filters Unlimited - Sandflower Specials Pool shadow with the following settings:

9. Selections - Select none.
10. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave with the following settings:

11. Set the opacity on the layer to 50 and the blend mode set to Burn.
12. Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.
13. Layers - New raster layer.
14. Selections - Load/ Save Selection - Load selection from disk- MAS-CR-2 with the same settings.
15. Flood fill the selection with your dark color.
16. Selections - Select none.
17. Layers - duplicate.
18. Image - Flip.
19. Image - Mirror.
20. Layers - Merge - Merge down.
21. Layers - New raster layer.
22. Selections - Load/ Save Selection - Load selection from disk - MAS-CR-3 with the same settings
and flood fill with your light color.
23. Selections - Select none.
24. Set the Blend mode to Screen.
25. Take the MAS-JamesBondMisted tube and go to Edit - Copy.
26. Edit - Paste as a new layer.
27. Effects - Image Effects - Offset with the following settings:

28. Opacity set to 50 and the Blend mode set to Hard Light.
29. Take the MAS-CasinoRoyale-VesperMisted tube and go to Edit - Copy.
30. Edit - Paste as a new layer.
31. Image - Mirror.
32. Effects - Image Effects - Offset with these settings:

33. Opacity set to 50 and the Blend mode set to Overlay.
34. Layers - New raster layer.
35. Flood fill with your light color and go to Layers - Load/ save mask - Load mask from Disk
find the ©Blaze_MistedBlinds mask with these settings:

36. Layers - Merge - Merge group.
37. Opacity set to 20 and the Blend mode set to Screen.
38. Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance more.
40. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.
41. Selections - Select all.
42. Layers - New raster layer.
43. Open the casinoroyale_wallpaper image Image - Copy.
44. Edit - Paste into Selection.
45. Selections - Select none.
46. Opacity set to 15 and the Blend mode set to Luminance (legacy).
47. Image - Add borders - 2 pixels symmetric with your light color.
48. Image - Add borders - 1 pixel symmetric with your dark color.
49. Image - Add borders with your light colors and use the following settings:

50. Take your Magic wand with these settings in click in the 300 pixels border.

51. Effects - Plug Ins - Filters Unlimited - Photo Aging Kit -Film Grain with these settings:

52. Selections - Select nothing and now open the MAS-007-Tekst and go to Edit - Copy.
53. Edit - Paste as a new layer.
54. Effects - Image Effects - Offset with these settings:

55. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow with these settings:

56. Opacity set to 50 and the Blend mode set to Dodge.
57. Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric with your light color.
58. Image - Add borders - 1 pixel symmetric with your dark color.
59. Take the MAS-Movies-JamesBondSmall tube and go to Image - Resize with these settings:

60. Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask with these settings:

61. Edit - Copy.
62. Edit - Paste as a new layer.
63. Effects - Image Effects - Offset with these settings:

64. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow, use your dark color with these settings:

65. Image - Add borders - 1 pixel symmetric with your light color.
66.  Image - Add borders - 1 pixel symmetric with your dark color.

And we're finished...You can add your name to the tag, but that is something I will
leave up to you.

Add your watermark and save as .jpg.
