This tutorial is written in PsP 9 and is for the advanced PsP user.

Needed:

* A beautiful, large tube.
My tube is in the zipfile.

* Fonts: Japanese and Chocolate Box
* My Selection - Put it in your PsP 9 Selections folder.
* Mask - 171MaskkelsWWA - Put this is your PsP 9 Mask folder

Now that you have everything that is needed we can start…

1. Open a new image of 500 x 500 pixels.
2. Put your foreground color to a light color, I am using #f2e596 and put your background color on a dark color,
I am using #d7b458 and make a foreground - background gradient with these settings:

3. Go to Effects - Artistic Effects - Contours and use the following settings:

4. Go to Effects - Distortion Effects - Ripple with the following settings:

5. Layers - New raster layer and flood fill with your light color.
6. Layers - Load/ Save Mask - Mask load from disk and look for the 171MaskkelsWWA
and us the following settings:

7. Layers - Merge - Merge group.
8. Put the blend mode on  Luminance (legacy) and the opacity at 35.
9. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with the following settings:

10. Layers - New raster layer
11. Selections - Load / save selection - Load from Disk and look for the MAS-1-FlowOfTime selection
with the following settings:

12. Flood fill the selection with your light color and leave the selection intact.
13. Selections - Adjust - Contract by 5 pixels.
14. Hit delete on your keyboard and go to Selections - Select nothing.
15. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with the same settings as in step 9
16. Now open the MAS-Oosters-FlowOfTime tube and go to Edit - Copy
17. Edit - Paste as a new layer
18. Move the tube to the bottom and to the right with your Mover tool  (see the screen below)

19. Put the blend mode on this  layer to Screen and the opacity at 70.
20. Now activate your Text tool and look for the Japanese font and use the following settings


Put your background color to a color of your choice but make sure it is in contrast with your other colors.
Take it out of your tube so you are sure that it goes together with your other colors. I choose #a9b69c.
If all your settings are correct then you type the words Flow of Time and move them to the left and
leave a small space between the words and the inner frame. (see screen)

21. Layers - Convert to raster layer
22. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow and use the same settings again as in step 9
23. Open the tube again and go to Image - Mirror.
24. Go to Image - Resize and use the following settings:

25. Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask with the following settings:

26. Edit - Copy
27. Edit - Paste as a new layer
28. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with the following settings:

29. Layers - Merge all
30. Image - Add Borders 5 pixels symmetric and use black for the color.
31. Get your Magic wand and make sure that Tolerance, Feather and Anti alias are set to 0
and select the black border.
32. Flood fill the border with your light color and leave your selection intact.
33. Selections - Invert
34. Effects -3D effects - Drop shadow with the following settings:

35. Selections - Select nothing
36. Image - Add borders with the following settings:

37. Time to add your name so active your Text tool again and look for 
the ChocolateBox Font and use the following settings:


Use your light foreground color and pick a dark color for your background color.
 I am using #a9b69c and that is the same color I used for the Japanese letters and
I am using #f2e596 as my foreground color again .
Now type your name and put it in a place that you like.
38. Layers - Convert raster layer
39. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with the following settings:

40. Layers - Merge all

And the tutorial is finished....Now all that you have to do is add your watermark
and maybe resize if you like....
